  • Beth Herbst - Personal Coach

    Beth Herbst, M. Ed., is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Mind Body Specialist, a Certified YogaFit Instructor, and a Boston Marathon Finisher. Other certifications include: YogaFit Prenatal/ Postpartum, PilatesFit, Pilates Mat Training, YogaFit for Cyclists, YogaCore, YogaLean II, YogaFit Seniors, and YogaStrength with weights. Beth has been a personal trainer and yoga instructor at ProCare since 2012, and her strengths in teaching allow clients to enjoy their fitness journey while growing and learning new things.

  • Jenna Twigg - Membership Coordinator

    Jenna has been working at ProCare since 2015. She has taken her caring nature to the next level by becoming a YogaFit instructor. Jenna plans to continue to grow with Yoga as well as become an ACE Certified trainer. Jenna loves meeting new people and helping anyone she can!

  • Lydia Buck - Fitness Instructor

    Lydia is working as a Fitness Instructor while working towards attaining her ACE certification. A healthy lifestyle, exercise, and fitness is a passion of hers, as well as helping to motivate other people to reach their goals.

  • Joseph Stahley - Manager & Personal Coach

    As a two-sport athlete, Joe has a passion for fitness and exercise. He is a Lewisburg native and has returned home to work for ProCare Physical Fitness as a Personal Coach. Joe is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise and has expertise in strength, power, functional, and plyometric training. He loves to work with people of all ages and encourages  people of all fitness levels to become healthier and happier every day.

  • Stacey Hauser

    Since graduating with a bachelor’s degree in counseling, Stacey has become certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist through ACE. Working with people and encouraging them has always been her passion. She wants to do what she can to learn as many aspects of wellness possible; both mentally and physically in order to show others how to live a balanced life. A healthy body is a result of a healthy mind. One quote that nicely sums this up is,  “A healthy lifestyle not only changes your body; it changes your mind, your attitude, and your mood.”  She dedicates herself to helping people grow mentally and physically so that their life, as a whole, will continue to improve to be the best that it can be!

  • Gavin Fairlie - Fitness Manager & Personal Coach

    Gavin attended Bloomsburg University, where his passion for exercise and athletics led him to a bachelor and master’s degree in Exercise Science. He is a new member to the ProCare family. Gavin has a passion for motivating others to reach their goals and will do whatever is needed to help a client improve.

  • Leslie Kinsman - Personal Coach

    Leslie has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from Penn State University and has been a ProCare Coach since 2013. He brings his attention to detail and technical expertise to every Coaching session, leading his clients toward their goals.
